Children's cards

Hello! Today I'm sharing a couple of cards that I have made for children. The animal toppers on both cards are from Hobbycraft and the lettering is a Sizzix die that I have had for a while. Hope you like them.

Roald Dahl

Good evening all! I'm just watching the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony so I thought I'd just pop by and show you a couple of personalised door hangers that I made for my niece and nephew using the newly released Roald Dahl collection from docrafts. I absolutely love this collection and can't wait to make loads more with it! The hangers are made using chipboard which I covered using the papers from the set and most of the images are decoupaged, hope they like them!

Happy Anniversary!

Good evening all! Tonight I'm sharing with you the card that I made for my sister and brother-in-law for their recent wedding anniversary. I used a Hobby House topper and I have started edging my cards with glitter (not sure how well it shows up in the photograph). I am crafting more at the moment so I am hoping that I will be able to post more on my blog in the future.

Wedding celebration

Hello! Here's a personalised wedding card order that I made recently. The image is a pre-coloured topper from The Hobby House and I cut the heart frame using my Silhouette Cameo. I added the couple's names and lots of bling! I went to a great craft fair this morning and am hoping to have a stall at the next one in June so tonight I have been busy making cards for my stock!

Gorjuss girls

Good evening! Tonight's card was made using the Gorjuss girls range. I love this collection and you can't beat an evening in front of the TV doing decoupage! The happy birthday sentiment and the number 7 were cut on the Silhouette Cameo. I'll be back tomorrow with another card using the same range. Must go, I'm 3 weeks behind on my Project Life so playing catch up! x

Love this stamp - part 2!

As promised, I'm back tonight with a card using the same Prima stamp that was used on yesterday's card. This was an order for a friend who wanted a 21st birthday card for her niece. I paper pieced her skirt and added gems to her belt and a bow in her hair. The numbers and the happy birthday sentiment were cut on my Silhouette cameo machine. Enjoy your evening!

Love this stamp!

Hello all! Today I'm sharing a birthday card that I made to send to a special friend. I love personalising cards with names so I used glitter letters to do this and a stamp for the sentiment. The main stamp used is from Prima and I absolutely love it (I do have some of the others in the collection too!!). I paper pieced the skirt and used a Martha Stewart punch for the butterflies. I'll be sharing another card using the same stamp tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your day, I'm off to WHSmith to stock up on craft magazines!

Robot card

Good evening everyone! Here's the card I made for my nephew for his birthday last week. I cut the robot using my Silhouette cameo. I love this machine! (it was a christmas present from my husband). That's all for now, off to watch 'The Great British Sewing Bee'.

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! Here's the card and mini album that I made to give to my Mum today. I made the easel card using the docrafts Papermania Bellisima range. I love the pastel colours in this collection and it is ideal for my Mum as she loves bags and shoes!
The album was made using a blank chipboard Papermania album which I covered using the Simple Stories 'Hey Mom' range. Inside I included lots of photographs of us together dating back to when I was a baby. I also added Prima flowers to the cover and lots of ribbons. I really think homemade, personalised gifts are special to give on days like today and my Mum loved them.

Craftytime

It's been so long since I last blogged but I have been crafting behind the scenes and I really want to start entering some challenges. Over the next few days I am going to start researching the different challenges and I hope to be posting some entries shortly. I will also start posting some photographs of some of the cards that I have been making whilst I've been missing from blogland.
